White Sands NM – another 2-hour tour

On my way back to Ohio, I took the boring southern route to avoid weather in the Rockies. Along the way I made a quick stop at White Sands National Monument in New Mexico. (I missed this on my last trip to Bosque Del Apache.) I plan to return when I have more time to do a decent job.

Joshua Tree National Park – the 2-hour tour

Certainly, I would never recommend that any photographer try to make a serious landscape shoot to a new venue without alloting it sufficient time. Nevertheless, I was on my way from St. George, Utah to Palm Springs, California to visit friends for Christmas. Here is some stuff I got during a quick 2-hour drive through. I will be returning here for sure.
